The
Gamma Xi Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity was founded on May
17th, 1969 on the campus of what is now Georgia Southwestern Sate
University in Americus, Ga. The present chapter house is at 103
William B. King Drive, one block away from campus.

during the house construction in early 1995
